STRESS MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP
Online workshop on stress management was conducted on Saturday, July 18, 2020. The platform selected for online workshop was 'Google Meet'. The programme was scheduled from 3 pm to 4.30 pm. The resource person was Nisha . T. Mohammed, lecturer of Bhavans Vidya Mandir, Pathanamthitta. The convener of the online workshop was Dr. Deepu P. R, lecturer of our college. More than 60 members participated in this programme including students, teachers and senior students.
The workshop focuses on the word stress, causes and effects of stress and stress management techniques. Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension.The main stress management technique is "Smile, It's Free Therapy". Stress can be managed by changing our thinking, behavior and lifestyle. An easy and useful exercises are done with the movement of head, neck and shoulders.
